Very nice small resort within 600 metres of the Koh Tao main ferry pier. Even at high tide you can simply walk along the beach back to the pier and find youself among the shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff at the resort and a good sized pool. Had a beach front bungalow with a great view of sand, sea and sky.

You're right next to the beach. Practically on it for some rooms. The rest: The room was old, TV has zero clear channels (even in Thai), cell phone reception sucks, hotel Wi-Fi slower than my phone, my room didn't even have a safe although I was given a key. The A/C takes forever to cool down. You have to climb this ridiculous hill up and down every time you want to walk into town. You can walk along the beach but not during high tide. There was no food service of any kind. Reception closes at night and doesn't open up until 6 or 8 am. I'm spending more next time and staying at nicer hotels along that beach.

Worst hotel ever! I didn’t expect much because I had read the reviews. The room is super filthy and bed and pillows is terribly hard. staff is very unfriendly, unprofessional and not helping you at all. No spoke English at check-in, you have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself and staff just walked away when we asked for help. You don’t get any information about the safe, the time of breakfast etc. You only get 1 towel per person for the pool/sea, shower, your hair, your face and your body. I asked for extra towels because we used ours for swimming. Staff said you only get 1 per person. After much effort we got extra towels which were all torn and stained (see pictures). The room is also filthy (see photos). In addition, the safe does not work, WiFi is very slow and they have set the air conditioning so that it blows very softly and you have to wait 2 hours until the room is cold. In short: if you want a good vacation (not great but good) DO NOT STAY HERE. There are many better hotels in the area for a better price.

Lovely staff and a quiet little resort with rooms either on the beach or overlooking a shaded pool. Koh Tao Beach Club is ostensibly the sister property of The Regal Koh Tao, a larger hotel that appears to have been built no later than the 1960's and as early as the '30s. The exterior has seen far better days but the restaurant by the water serves standard Thai and Western tourist cuisines at exceedingly fair prices. Do not expect beach service (or anything approximating a comfortable beach chair) at either of these resorts. Beach Club Koh Tao is a peaceful, simple place to clear one's mind and get some rest.

Not great. Rooms were ok but this hotel is just run down. You don’t really see a lot of staff. Location is ok. Pool and beach probably best thing about the Hotel. Shuttle service good from Pier and good laundry service.
